• Built data synchronization tools to sync Galaxy Oracle database with the new Postgres databases. Created APIs supporting hundreds of thousands of calls daily.
• Created data mapping tools in Java using Spring framework to enable other developers to pull information and rapidly create new database schemes. Implemented JPA and Hibernate ORM.
• The team received special recognition from the head of the unit for rolling the system to production ahead of schedule.
